Discipleship
The 4 E’s of Discipleship are what we use to help describe the discipleship journey that we’ve all gone through and that we want to lead others through.
ENGAGE
Connecting with somebody who is beginning their journey toward salvation or with somebody who desires to grow in their relationship with God.
ESTABLISH
To help someone learn what it takes to be a maturing follower of Christ and develop the habits that will help them grow in their relationship with Christ.
EQUIP
Helping established christians begin to develop their leadership potential. By equipping them, these established christians begin the journey of leading others through the discipleship process.
EMPOWER
This is the step in discipleship where we multiply our efforts by giving ministry influence to those we have been equipping. This is where equipped Christians begin lead others in discipleship relationships so that we see our efforts being multiplied.
